The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We would advise you to print these terms & conditions of sale for your own reference, as they form part of the contract for the sale of goods between LPConline and you the consumer.

Purchasing from us

Currently, we can only ship to United Kingdom, Ireland and some part of EU. We have the right to cancel any order for item ship outside UK mainland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).

[b]We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above[/b]. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for dispatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

 If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software license supplied with the software.

Prices and Payment

All goods are priced exclusive of VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.

All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly, however, whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at our discretion either.
a)    contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or
b)    contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. - Subject to not selling below our cost price.

The purchaser is liable for any local state or country taxes, should these arise. According to our current information, these will not normally arise for deliveries to EU members and some other European countries.

Cooling-Off Period


By law you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of the day after the item is delivered to you. The right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e. audio or video recordings (eg DVD/CD media) or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer. You need to write to us at

or e-mail us at lpc121@hotmail.co.uk  and inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and we will send you a RMA number and return the item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service.

If you do not return the goods within 14 days of cancellation we will collect the goods from you at your cost and will deduct the cost of collection from your refund, or if requested we will arrange collection of items at your cost.

All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.

Delivery

LPConline will endeavor to dispatch any order placed before 4pm on a next day delivery service.[b]Please note that there will be no delivery on Saturday , Sunday or any public holidays[/b]. In the unlikely event of us being unable to meet this deadline we will contact you via email to advise you of the revised delivery date for your order.
 
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Should you have any problems

* If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.

* You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.

Please contact us immediately by telephone on 07831232099. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from date of receipt, we will assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We cannot entertain any claims for breakage or shortages if 2(two) working days have lapsed.

If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.

If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 5 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.


Damaged or defective goods

You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by write to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

All hardware must be in their original condition, at date of receipt. Any modifications may invalidate warranties for the hardware. Flashed or modified hardware using authorised or unauthorised firmware is done at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for your actions in doing so. You will be required to send faulty flashed or modified hardware direct to manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Your statutory rights as this does not affect a consumer

Returns

All Returns must have an issued RMA number, accompanied by Returns RMA form (with all requested information clearly visible). Warranty on all items is RTB (Return to base), item/s must be returned at your cost unless item/s are faulty or sent to you in error (this is non-refundable). All second user hardware items are covered by a 30-day RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise). All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item/s will be returned to you at your own cost ( a handling charge of £50.00 may be incurred for testing items found with no faults) or a refund for the item will be issued and the item restocked (Please note a 15% handling fee will be applied). We will only send replacement goods upon receipt of returned items. Please read Important notes on RMA form regarding the above terms.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using recorded delivery with insurance, we can not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst returning to us.

LPConline.co.uk are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential, we will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts purpose, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time.

We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery. Unless required by law.
